1. Commissions

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total agreed price is required to secure your commission booking.
This deposit covers consultation time, creative development, research, and preparatory work undertaken by the artist.

As this initial stage involves dedicated studio time and concept development, the deposit is non-refundable, even if the commission does not proceed beyond this stage.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 70% of the commission fee is due once you have approved the final artwork prior to delivery.

Pricing

Commissions begin at £375 for a 20 x 20 cm painting.
Pricing increases depending on scale, complexity, and number of figures included.
A full quote will be provided before work begins.

Artistic Interpretation

Due to the nature of original artwork, minor variations and artistic interpretation are an inherent part of the creative process. By commissioning a piece, you acknowledge and accept the artist’s individual style and approach.

2. Delivery – Commissioned Artwork

Delivery is arranged via a fully insured professional art courier at a cost of £135.00.

This ensures:

  • Safe and secure transportation

  • Full tracking

  • Direct communication from the courier to arrange a suitable delivery time

  • Careful handling of your artwork

The courier service is used to ensure your painting arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Shop Policies (Original Artwork & Prints)

Original Paintings

Original artworks are shipped via a fully insured professional art courier at a cost of £135.00.
This charge will be added at checkout.

The courier will contact you directly to arrange delivery and ensure the artwork arrives safely.

Giclée Prints, Cards & Collages

Prints, cards, and collage works are shipped via First Class Next Day Delivery through the Post Office.

Returns & Refunds

Original & Shop Purchases (Non-Commissioned Work)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • You must notify us in writing before returning the item.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.
